I'd like to offer a recommendation in the event someone finds themselves in need of a good used large appliance. I highly recommend Sam's Appliance in Lewiston. I purchased a clothes dryer from him a couple of days ago, wasn't sure what I was getting into, never bought an expensive item on Marketplace before but I was pleasantly surprised. The dryer I got is an older model but he completely serviced it, I've been running it and it works well. In addition, he was just a good person to deal with, honest, fair in his pricing, personable. Honestly, I was distressed when my washer malfunctioned on the week of Christmas Eve. However, I was able to visit this establishment, find a suitable replacement set at an excellent price, and have it delivered and installed the following day.
