Both times a lady and a man were just standing there. The second time I asked the man to help me but wasn't really interested I guess you could say. He listened but gave no input. I went into Sam's appliance and found what I wanted so I bought it on the spot. A new set. He brought it the next day and hooked it up. He was very helpful. And I know if I need work on it in the future he refurbished them.
